The CD6260B/1500 features a classic saddle gap bed structure, which greatly expands its adaptability to workpieces of different sizes. It supports a maximum swing over bed of 600mm, a maximum swing over slide of 360mm, and a maximum swing over gap of 730mm with 260mm effective gap length. With a maximum workpiece cutting length of 1500mm, it handles both long shaft parts and large-diameter disc/flange workpieces efficiently.
The 330mm-wide integral cast iron bed ensures outstanding structural rigidity and vibration damping performance, maintaining stable cutting accuracy even under heavy load conditions.
Equipped with a precision-ground spindle, the CD6260B/1500 comes with a φ65mm spindle bore, ISO-D6 spindle nose and 1:20 spindle taper. It offers 15 spindle speeds ranging from 22 to 1800 rpm, covering low-speed heavy cutting and high-speed finishing. This makes the machine suitable for processing steel, cast iron, copper, aluminum and other common metal materials.
This lathe is equipped with a complete feed system to support diverse machining processes:
