Description
The SZ-125E1 is a high-performance, dual-spindle CNC Swiss-type automatic lathe, specially designed for efficient one-stop machining of small, complex precision parts. Equipped with the Taiwan SYNTEC 220TB control system, this machine integrates turning, milling, drilling, tapping and other multi-process machining capabilities, enabling complete processing of complex parts in a single clamping, which greatly improves production efficiency and reduces labor costs.
The dual-spindle structure is the core advantage of this lathe. Both main and sub spindles adopt built-in oil-cooled electric spindles, with a maximum speed of 12000rpm and 0.001° high-precision indexing, ensuring exceptional accuracy for intricate contour machining and high-precision indexing tasks. The machine supports both guide bush and non-guide bush operation modes, with a maximum spindle travel of 205mm (with guide bush) and 308mm (without guide bush), adapting to different workpiece lengths and material characteristics.
