Description

The LEI3021 is a heavy-duty fixed table gantry machining center designed for high-precision machining of large-scale metal components. It adopts a robust gantry frame structure with high-strength cast iron (HT300) bed, column, and crossbeam, providing exceptional rigidity and stability for heavy-load cutting operations.

The machine features a 3200*1800mm worktable with a maximum load capacity of 8 tons. The XYZ axes have a travel range of 3200*2100*850mm, equipped with high-precision C3 class ball screws (X: Φ63mm, Y/Z: Φ50mm) and imported roller linear guides, ensuring smooth and accurate movement. The rapid feed rate is 15m/min for X/Y axes and 12m/min for Z axis, improving production efficiency.
