The ram reciprocates on the bed guideways with 6 adjustable stroke speeds (14 to 80 strokes per minute), driven by the motor through the gearbox and rocker mechanism. The tool post at the front of the ram can slide along the tool holder and swivel ±60° for bevel shaping.
The crossbeam can move vertically (manual or motorized) along the bed guideways, while the worktable moves horizontally (manual or motorized) along the crossbeam guideways. Both movements offer 12 levels of feed rates, which can be adjusted during operation. The worktable front end is supported to enhance stability during machining.
Equipped with a 3kW main motor, the machine includes a brake system to quickly stop the ram at any position. All key components (gearbox, feed box, ram guideways, rocker mechanism) are centrally lubricated by an oil pump, with adjustable oil flow.
