The B635A is a compact metal shaper designed for efficient processing of small-sized metal workpieces. It features a ram that performs horizontal linear reciprocating motion, a tool post that can swivel multiple angles in the vertical plane with manual feed, and a worktable that carries out intermittent horizontal or vertical feed motion.

The machine is ideal for machining planes, grooves, dovetail surfaces, and formed surfaces, and can also cut workpieces fixed on the worktable using the reciprocating tool. It has a maximum shaping length of 350mm and a worktable with 400mm horizontal travel and 270mm vertical travel. The worktable can swivel ±90° (without vice) or ±55° (with vice) for angled machining.

The ram operates at 5 adjustable stroke speeds (32/50/80/125 strokes/min), driven by a 1.5kW motor. The worktable feed offers 4 options: vertical feed of 0.18mm or 0.73mm, and horizontal feed of 0.21mm or 0.84mm per ram stroke, enabling precise material removal control. The tool post has a maximum vertical travel of 110mm, supporting manual feed for fine adjustment.

1. Install the machine on a solid and level concrete foundation to ensure stable operation.
2. Connect to a standard three-phase power supply with reliable grounding for electrical safety.

5. Do not change stroke speed or feed rate while the machine is running to protect transmission parts.
6. Wear protective goggles and avoid loose clothing or jewelry near moving components during operation.
7. Regularly clean chips from the worktable, guideways, and ram to maintain accuracy and prevent wear.
8. When idle for extended periods, turn off the power, apply anti-rust oil to exposed metal surfaces, and cover the machine.
