The SDVEDON BC60100 is a heavy-duty general-purpose shaper machine designed for machining flat surfaces on various medium to large workpieces. With a maximum shaping length of 1000mm, a powerful 7.5kW main motor, and 6 ram speeds, this machine is ideal for heavy workshops, maintenance facilities, and industrial training environments.
The BC60100 features power feeds in both horizontal and vertical directions (10 steps horizontal / 12 steps vertical), a swiveling tool head (±60°), and a centralized lubrication system. The brake system allows the ram to stop quickly at any desired position, and all machine start/stop/brake functions are controlled by a single lever for operator convenience.
