The SDVEDON BY60125 is a heavy-duty hydraulic shaper machine designed for machining flat surfaces and contoured surfaces in single-piece and small-batch production. With a maximum shaping length of 1250mm, a maximum cutting force of 28000N, and a powerful 7.5kW main motor, this machine is ideal for heavy workshops, large repair facilities, and industrial manufacturing environments.
Unlike mechanically driven shapers, the BY60125 features hydraulic drive for both the main cutting motion and feed motion, providing stepless speed adjustment, smooth operation, minimal overtravel, quick starting and stopping, and excellent reversing accuracy. The hydraulic system includes an overload protection device for operator safety.

- Check hydraulic oil level regularly; use recommended grades (32# hydraulic oil for summer, 40# for winter)
- Maintain ambient temperature between 8°C and 40°C, humidity ≤80%
- Ensure the hydraulic overload protection device is functioning before heavy cuts
- Use the rapid traverse motor only for positioning; do not use during cutting
- When changing ram speed, allow the machine to come to a complete stop before adjusting
