- Always wear safety goggles and appropriate protective clothing
- Securely clamp the workpiece using the power chuck or appropriate fixtures
- Do not exceed the maximum table load of 300kg
- Disconnect power before cleaning, maintenance, or tool changes
- Ensure the hydraulic station is properly filled and operating before using the power chuck
- Check the timed lubrication system regularly; verify oil levels daily
- Use appropriate cutting fluid (coolant) for extended tool life and better surface finish
- Keep chip conveyor running during machining to prevent chip buildup
- For heavy cuts, ensure proper tool clamping in the BT50 spindle
- Maintain air pressure at 0.6 MPa for tool changer operation
- When using the tool changer, verify that the tool is properly seated in the magazine
