Description

The SDVEDON TCK56Y-1000 is a high-rigidity 45° slant bed Y-axis turn-mill composite lathe, designed for high-efficiency and high-precision machining of shaft and disc workpieces. The whole machine adopts high-density cast iron bed with finite element optimized structure, featuring excellent vibration resistance and stable chip removal.
It is equipped with built-in motor spindle, delivering low noise, low vibration and stable high-speed operation. Matched with 12-station BMT40 servo power turret and ±30mm Y-axis, the machine realizes composite processes including turning, face milling, drilling, tapping and helical grooving, completing all procedures in one clamping.
X/Z axes adopt high-precision linear ball guides and preloaded ball screws, ensuring fast feed and long-term positioning accuracy. Standard hydraulic tailstock and fully enclosed protection structure, main electrical and hydraulic components adopt well-known brand parts. The machine complies with GB/T 16462-2007 standard, widely used in aerospace, rail transit, machinery manufacturing and other industries.

High-Rigidity Integral Bed

45° inclined integral cast bed, internal rib optimized by ANSYS software. High-density cast iron material with good shock absorption, suitable for heavy cutting and long-term stable operation.

High-Performance Motor Spindle

Built-in motor spindle, no intermediate transmission link, low inertia and high speed up to 4000rpm. Matched with 8'' hollow hydraulic chuck for reliable workpiece clamping.
