Compact high-rigidity turret milling machine with vertical & dual spindle design. Turret head swivel left/right 90°, front/back 45°, arm 360° rotary & telescopic. XYZ super quenched rectangular guideways with forced lubrication. Vertical spindle R8 75-4550rpm, horizontal NT40 45-1350rpm, 2.2/3kW dual motors. 1370×305mm worktable, net weight 1600kg, supports milling, drilling, boring, tapping in one clamping.

SDVEDON 5HW universal vertical & horizontal turret milling machine adopts compact integral cast iron structure with high rigidity and stable precision. The turret milling head can rotate left and right 90°, swing forward and backward 45°, the rocker arm can stretch front and rear and rotate 360° horizontally, greatly expanding effective processing range.
X/Y/Z three-axis wide rectangular guideways treated by supersonic quenching and precision scraping, equipped with automatic forced lubrication system to eliminate low-speed crawling and extend service life. Equipped with vertical R8 high-speed spindle and horizontal NT40 heavy-duty spindle, matched independent 2.2kW and 3kW driving motors to meet high-speed finishing and heavy cutting demands separately.
Complete cooling and manual centralized lubrication system, intuitive operation panel with graphic symbols. Suitable for single piece, small batch and mass production, widely used in machinery, electronics, mold, auto spare parts industry for plane, slot, hole and complex contour machining. 1. Unpack machine carefully after delivery, inspect body and all accessories. Contact SDVEDON and logistics supplier immediately if collision damage occurs.
2. Install on flat solid concrete ground, adjust level with wedges, prepare stable 380V industrial power supply.
3. Check lubricant volume, coolant liquid and transmission clearance before startup.
4. Operators need professional training and must wear safety protective equipment during machining.
5. Clean iron scraps regularly, replenish lubricating oil and coolant to keep long-term precision.
6. Cut off total power supply during cutter replacement and equipment maintenance.
