The SDVEDON TCK52D is a high-performance 30° slant bed CNC turn-mill lathe, manufactured with HT300 high-grade cast iron via resin sand casting. The integral bed with reasonable rib layout features high rigidity, excellent shock resistance and good chip removal effect.
This machine adopts imported linear roller guides and high-precision THK ball screws, realizing fast feed and long-term stable precision. It is fitted with A2-8 spindle, 10'' hydraulic chuck and 12-station BMT55 power turret, which supports turning, milling, drilling and tapping for composite machining.
The standard configuration includes FANUC 0i TF system, chain chip conveyor, automatic tool setter and voltage stabilizer. Key components are selected from world-famous brands to ensure reliable operation. Widely used in machinery, auto parts and other industries for mass production of shaft and disc workpieces.
