- Install the machine on a solid and level concrete foundation to ensure stable running and machining accuracy.
- Connect to a three-phase 380V 50Hz power supply with standard wiring and reliable grounding.
- Before each operation, check the lubrication condition of guide rails, gears and spindle parts to ensure sufficient oil supply.
- Adjust the arm and headstock position properly, and ensure all locking mechanisms are fully tightened before cutting.
