The Z5030A industrial vertical drilling and tapping compound machine is a high-rigidity heavy-duty precision metal processing equipment, specially designed for metal drilling, thread tapping, hole reaming and precision hole machining in machinery manufacturing, mold processing, auto parts production, hardware fitting processing and various industrial mechanical maintenance workshops.
Adopting thickened large-diameter column body and stable spindle structure, the equipment supports maximum 30mm drilling and M22 internal thread tapping processing, equipped with ±45° freely rotatable worktable, which greatly expands the processing range and flexible clamping adaptability of irregular workpieces.
This drill press features 12 levels of wide-range spindle speed adjustment, matching 3 optional stable feed speeds, perfectly adapting drilling processing of different metal materials and hole diameter specifications.
