Description

The C6250C is a high-performance conventional lathe designed for precision turning, threading, facing, and boring operations on various metal workpieces. It features a robust cast iron bed and stable structure, providing excellent rigidity and stability for both light finishing and heavy roughing tasks.

The machine offers three workpiece cutting length options (1000/1500/2000mm) to meet different production needs. It has a maximum swing over bed of 500mm and a maximum swing over slide of 310mm, with a 660mm max swing at the gap area, enabling machining of large-diameter workpieces. The spindle has a Φ52mm bore and 1:20 taper, with a speed range of 20-1600rpm, powered by a 5.5/7.5kW main motor for strong torque output.

Equipped with a comprehensive threading system, the C6250C can process metric threads (0.25-14mm, 24 kinds), inch threads (2-40TPI, 27 kinds), and module threads (0.25-3.5, 16 kinds), meeting diverse threading requirements. The longitudinal feed ranges from 0.0832 to 4.6569mm, and the cross feed ranges from 0.0480 to 2.6880mm, allowing precise control of material removal.

The tailstock features an MT5 taper sleeve with a 130mm travel, providing reliable support for long workpieces. The cross slide travel is 220mm, and the compound rest travel is 120mm, enabling flexible machining of complex profiles. With a 0.125kW coolant pump motor, the machine ensures effective tool cooling and chip removal during operation.

Notices
  1. Install the machine on a reinforced concrete foundation to ensure stable operation.
  2. Connect to a standard three-phase power supply with reliable grounding for electrical safety.
  3. Before operation, check the lubrication system, oil level, and tool clamping to ensure normal function.
  4. Securely clamp workpieces and tools before starting the machine to prevent accidents.
  5. Do not change spindle speed or feed rate while the machine is running to protect transmission parts.
  6. Wear protective goggles and avoid loose clothing or jewelry near moving components during operation.
  7. Regularly clean chips from the worktable, guideways, and spindle area to maintain accuracy and prevent wear.
  8. When idle for extended periods, turn off the power, apply anti-rust oil to exposed metal surfaces, and cover the machine.
