The SDVEDON CW6163 is a high-performance heavy-duty horizontal engine lathe, designed for universal turning of shaft parts, disc sleeve parts, flange parts, and thread workpieces. Built with a high-strength cast iron bed and 550mm wide guideway, the CW6163 has undergone strict quenching treatment with a hardness of 52HRC, ensuring excellent wear resistance, vibration resistance, and long service life. The bed structure is optimized by finite element analysis, effectively improving machining accuracy and stability during heavy cutting, even under long-term high-intensity operation.
Equipped with an 11kW high-torque main motor, this lathe delivers a spindle speed range of 7.5-1000rpm (18 speed levels), easily handling rough turning and finish turning of various materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, and cast iron.
