Built with a high-strength cast iron bed and 550mm wide guideway, the CW6180 has undergone strict quenching treatment and finite element optimization, ensuring excellent wear resistance, vibration resistance, and long service life. The bed structure can withstand a maximum load of 3T, effectively improving machining accuracy and stability during heavy cutting, even under long-term high-intensity operation.
Equipped with an 11kW high-torque main motor, this lathe delivers a spindle speed range of 5.4-720rpm (18 forward steps), easily handling heavy rough turning and high-precision finish turning of various materials such as carbon steel, alloy steel, and stainless steel.
