The GMB1316 is a high performance heavy duty gantry machining center designed for precision machining of complex medium and small-sized parts in aerospace, automotive, energy and mold industries. It adopts a fixed beam gantry frame structure with double columns on both sides of the bed, providing excellent rigidity and stability for heavy load cutting and high speed machining.
The machine features a 1200×1600mm worktable with a maximum load capacity of 2000kg. The XYZ axes have a travel range of 1700×1300×700mm, equipped with imported heavy duty linear rolling guides and pre-tensioned ball screws. The X-axis uses a servo motor direct drive with ball screws, ensuring high positioning accuracy and low vibration. The Z-axis spindle box adopts a 350×350mm square slide with roller linear guides, guaranteeing stable cutting and high precision.
The spindle is manufactured by a professional factory with BT50 taper, a speed range of 40-6000rpm, and 15kW power output. It uses a disc spring and four-claw puller mechanism for tool clamping, with automatic orientation function. The machine is equipped with a Syntec 22MA CNC system, providing advanced control functions for complex machining operations.
The machine includes a complete set of auxiliary systems: a high-lift coolant pump (30m head), pneumatic system for spindle air blow and tool change, automatic lubrication system for linear guides and ball screws, spiral chip removal system, and semi-enclosed protection. - Install the machine on a reinforced concrete foundation with sufficient load bearing capacity to ensure stability and accuracy.
- Connect to three phase 380V±10% 50Hz±1% power supply with reliable grounding (resistance <4Ω).
- Prepare a stable air supply of 0.4-0.6MPa for pneumatic functions.
- Maintain the workshop environment at 10-35°C, 40-75% humidity, and dust concentration <10mg/m³.
- Before operation, check the lubrication system, coolant level and tool magazine condition.
- Confirm workpiece clamping, tool installation and program correctness before starting automatic machining.
- Keep hands and foreign objects away from the spindle, tool changer and work area during operation.
- Regularly clean chips and guideways, replace lubricating oil and coolant according to the recommended cycle.
- Perform periodic calibration of the machine tool accuracy to ensure processing quality.
